Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners including:

  • Leopard Courier

  • PostEx

Some remote areas may require additional delivery time.

2. Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time across Pakistan is:

  • 3 to 5 working days (Major Cities)

  • 5 to 7 working days (Small Cities & Remote Areas)

During sales, holidays, or unexpected delays, delivery may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: Rs. 199

  • Free Delivery: On orders above Rs. 5000

  • Cash on Delivery Fee: Some couriers may add COD service charges in specific areas.


4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • For COD orders, we may contact you via call or SMS/WhatsApp for confirmation.

  • Unverified orders may be cancelled automatically.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available all over Pakistan.

However:

  • COD may not be available on very high-value orders.

  • Large or custom orders may require advance payment.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp message with your tracking ID.

  • You can track your package on the courier’s official website.

7. Address Issues

Please provide complete and accurate shipping details.
Orders may be delayed if:

  • Your address is incomplete

  • Phone number is incorrect

  • Courier cannot reach you

If couriers attempt delivery 2 times and fail, the parcel will be returned.

8. Damages or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing:

  • Record a video while unboxing

  • Contact us within 24 hours with the video and order details
    We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9. Changes to your Order

You can request:

  • Address change

  • Contact number change

  • Product change

Only before the order is dispatched.

After dispatch, changes are not possible.
