How to Track Your Order

To track order ShopinMart, simply follow these steps:

1. Check Your Confirmation Email

Right after placing your order, you receive an email from us containing:

• Your Order Number

• Tracking Link (if applicable)

• Order Summary

Open this email and click on the “Track Order” button.

2. Enter Your Order Number

If your tracking link is not working or you want to track manually, enter your Order Number on our tracking page.

3. WhatsApp Tracking (Easy Method)

You can also message us your Order Number on WhatsApp:

You will receive manual tracking updates within minutes.

Delivery Timelines

We deliver quickly across Pakistan:

• Karachi: 1–2 working days

• Major Cities: 2–4 working days

• Remote Areas: 4–6 working days

Your tracking information updates automatically once your parcel is handed over to the courier.

What If Your Tracking Is Not Updating?

Don’t worry — this happens when:

• The courier hasn’t scanned your parcel yet

• It is in transit between hubs

• It is a COD order waiting for dispatch

• Order was placed after cut-off time

If your tracking has not updated for 24–48 hours, message us and our team will assist you immediately.
